Headlamp washer

Control of the headlamp washer functionality and main components: fixation points, water inlet and outlet systems.

Our checking fixtures are produced in aluminium, the components submitted to wear-and-tear are produced in steel. Tolerances for RPS (fixation points) and dial indicator points: ±0.05mm. Tolerances for simulation blocks: ±0.1mm.

Minimum documentation: dimensional report of your checking fixture, 2D assembly drawing, assembly CAD.  Optional documentation: R&R report, user manual, stabilization certificate.

  • Aluminium base plate
  • Control of the position of the fixation holes of the part by pins on the first control area of the fixture (control by mountability, see picture on the right)
  • Control of the position of the functional components of the part on the second control area of the fixture: water inlet and outlet, bracket and fixation point
