Bodyside parts can be controlled either as finished parts (stamped and cut), or after each of their two main production steps: after the hot-stamping (the part main shape is defined) and after the laser cutting of the part after its cooling (final cut part with all its holes). In the latter case, the fixture will have to be equipped with retractable support systems, to get adapted to the hot or cold version of part.

Window opening system

Possibility of controlling window opening systems either as single parts or mounted on the door frames. Usually, complete checking fixtures for window opening systems enable to: control the location of the fixation points, control of the length of the part by pins or dial indicators. For electric systems, another option si to check the position of the electric motor.
